Multi-lingual HomeAgents as inbound and outbound CSR’s (ES)

 

Job Description:
We are looking to source Multi-lingual HomeAgents to work on a number of European and international projects. You will be taking or making calls from your home on a full or part-time basis for one or several of our clients. Your main duties will be liaising with existing clients, dealing with orders and customer queries, quoting prices, organising dispatching, data entry, and some up-selling / cross-selling for inbound projects. Cold calling, appointment making, database build/clean, follow up on exhibition leads for outbound projects.

Salary:
You will be engaged on an independent contractor basis which offers flexibility in terms of working hours and the role attracts either an hourly rate depending on experience and the client calls being handled or an hourly rate plus commission or a commission only basis depending which client project you are assigned. Depending on the client you may also have the opportunity to boost your income by means of on target bonuses and incentives.

Profile of Applicants:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are customer service orientated and have strong communication skills. As you will be working from home, PC literacy, and flexibility in your schedule, good organisation, independence and self-reliance are essential. Your training will be web based and in modular form so that you can work at your own speed to become fully competent before being allowed to graduate and handle customer calls
